Testimonials

Dear Martin,
What a delight it was to get off an overnight flight from Florida and be taken to your lovely pub for an Irish breakfast! I loved the authentic look of the pub and the beautiful setting. The breakfast that you served us was absolutely delicious and really made us feel welcome in Ireland.
Even thought the weather was very cold for us travel agents from Florida, the warmth of your pub and friendliness of you and your family made all of us feel warm and welcome! I will highly recommend your pub to everyone I know traveling to Ireland.

Happy Holidays Martin,
My name is Karren Brooks. Earlier this month I was lucky enough to be on a trip and we made a special stop so we could visit your property and you served us a wonderful Irish Breakfast.
What an experience, the Pub is very cool and I love that you took the time to give us a tour and history of your property.
Again thank you for your hospitality and for allowing us to stop by and showing us around.
— Karren Brooks
Hello,
This past September, my wife and I visited your pub. We were served breakfast, and since that time, I have been pining for the delightful eggs that you prepared. Nothing of the kind appears to be available in the US. The closest I’ve been able to come have been poached eggs cooked directly in boiling water. Is this how yours are made? I’d greatly appreciate any clues you might be able to provide. I can assure you that we’ll visit again the minute we reach Ireland again!
Best Regards,
— Mark Pemburn
Mr. McNulty,

I can’t wait to tell to my friends to stop by the Manowar Pub and have a wonderful breakfast there as we did when they travel to Ireland it was an amazing property with an amazing staff. Again thank you so very much for having us.

Dear Martin and staff,
I wanted to personally thank you for your hospitality when I visited the Man-O-War Pub earlier this month.
Your pub and the breakfast you served was a great place to start our visit while we were in Ireland. And the tour and history of the area were excellent too.
Thank you again and I wish a wonderful holiday season to you and your staff.
Regards,
— Caermen Palogruto
Hi Martin,
I just wanted to thank you for the wonderful breakfast and wonderful experience of your Pub. It was quite the welcome to Ireland. I hope to return to Ireland again someday.
Thank you again.

Dear Mr. McNulty,

Thank You for your hospitality during our Oct 30th lunch stop. (halfway) to Dublin. The food was excellent and the atmosphere was what I perceive as very inviting. This is the type of place that many (in the USA) think of and expect to see when visiting Ireland. I will add my comments to “Trip Advisor” and refer to it as a favorite must see place when in the area.

Until we can share a pint again, Good Day Sir.
